Working principle.

     The   separator   crnisisis of  a  mount  with  a driving unit, a bowl,       an     in-and-outlel    device, a  sound-proof  casing  with   a     sludge          receiver and SASCO (system of automatic control and operation of the separator).

    The  separator   construction   has   a   semi-closed  type centrifugal  recurrent   sludge  discharge.    

The  Initial   product   comes Into the bowl through  the   in-and-outlel   device  and fills the  space   be-tween  the   discs,  where    the   separation   is performed (Fig. 1).

    Then  the  centrifugal   forces  make   the   contamination and sludge nettle inside the sludge receiver.

  Partial discharge of the accumulated sludge from ihc separator bowl is carried out by centrifugal force al predetermined intervals while the machine is running at full speed.

    The discharge intervals and duration depend on the degree of milk purity.

    The skimmilk  and cream tire  discharged under pressure by means of paring disks.

    The skimmilk  outlet is equipped with control choke and flowmeter. 

    The cream ontlet is equipped with control choke and flowmeter .

    The operation, discharge and washing procedures are under the system of automation of separator control and operation (SASO).

The separator is delivered complete with an auxiliary device for fat content normalization in milk.

Materials

    Bowl, in-and-outlet device, casing with the receiver are manufactured from stainless steel. Mount is manufactured from cast iron, lined by stainless steel or covered by epoxy enamel.
